Dan Neubert has been the Chief Operating Officer of MinuteMen OhioComp since 2002. He has over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, including being the former Director of Medical Claims for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. While at the BWC, he held other key management positions and facilitated several projects including development of the V3 Case Management System.
Dr. Hawes specializes in family medicine and is affiliated with the Akron General Medical Center where he serves as the Medical Director for their Health and Wellness Centers. He rejoined MinuteMen OhioComp in 2015 where he previously worked from 2001-2012. He is a member of the Summit County Workplace Wellness Symposium Committee and served on the State Bureau of Workers' Compensation Manage Care Organization Medical Director's Committee from 2001-2012. Dr. Hawes is a Clinical Professor in Family Medicine at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine where he has been teaching since 1998.
Dr. Schmidt is a board certified
chiropractor and owner of the Pleasant Valley Chiropractic Clinic
in Parma. He has a post-graduate certificate in spinal trauma and
has been practicing since 1992. Dr. Schmidt served as President
and later Chairman of the Board for the Ohio State Chiropractic
Association (OSCA). He has also represented the chiropractic
profession on the BWC Health Care Quality Assurance Advisory
Committee.
Dr. Borrillo is a practicing physician,
attorney, and decorated war veteran. He is licensed to practice
medicine in Ohio, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, New York,
Michigan, Nevada, and Illinois, and law in Ohio and Michigan. He
also holds a Master of Science in Immunology, a second Master's in
Aerospace Medicine, and is a commercially rated multi-engine
pilot. He is board-certified by the American Board of Preventive
Medicine and works full time as an Occupational Medicine physician
in a busy clinic practice. Borrillo served nine years in the
military, with 30 combat sorties, and received an honorable
discharge as a Major from the USAF. He has served as a Medical
Advisor for The North Toledo Chrysler Assembly Plant, Medical
Director at ProMedica Occupational Medicine, and has hospital
staff privileges with the University of Michigan Sparrow Hospital.
He teaches at the University of Toledo free clinic and also
practices in the field of wound care and hyperbarics. Dr. Borrillo
has served on several mission trips to Appalachia and El Salvador,
and serves in the Guadalupana Free Clinic. He recently completed a
four-year certificate from the Catholic Bible Study program in
Jackson, MI. His legal practice is of general counsel with the
Institute for Law and Justice in Bryan, Texas.

Lynn Popovich has worked for MinuteMen
OhioComp since 2006
and is the Director of Case Management. She has over 14 years of
workers' compensation experience. She has held
various positions including case manager and vocational
rehabilitation case manager.

Michelle Leeser has worked at MinuteMen Ohiocomp since 2016 and is the director of UM/UR and the policy coordinator . She has 20 years of acute care nursing experience. She has held various positions in management including Director of nursing, quality control management, safety management, post-op acute care, and policy and procedure management.

Anthony Kafiti has been the Director of Information Technology at MinuteMen OhioComp since 2000. He led the implementation of MCO Central, MinuteMen OhioComp’s web-based claims management software, along with being the Open Enrollment coordinator since 2002.

Megan Washington joined MinuteMen OhioComp's billing department in 2010 and is the Director of Billing. She oversees coding, billing and the utilization review. She has over 17 years of workers' compensation billing experience.
